At Sew Piece-ful LLC, every order is packed with care to ensure your quilt arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, track, and handle delivery of your handmade items.
Where We Ship
We currently ship nationwide within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders.
Current Flat-Rate Cost: TBD — please tell me the final amount when you have it.
If you want this policy to update automatically later, I can write a version with “Rates displayed at checkout.”
Processing Times
Because everything is handmade and one-of-a-kind: Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way. Custom orders follow their own timeline and ship once complete and fully paid.
Packaging
Quilts and accessories are carefully packaged to prevent moisture, snagging, or crushing during transit. We use trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS depending on the shipment.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for: Carrier delays, Weather-related delays
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer, If your package appears delayed or stalled in transit, please contact the carrier first for the fastest answers.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located: Check with neighbors or your local post office, Sometimes packages are scanned early or delivered to the wrong area, We will help you start a claim if needed. Refunds for lost packages can only be issued once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Items Damaged During Shipping
This is the ONLY situation where a refund or replacement is available. If your quilt arrives damaged: Notify us within 5 business days, Send your order number + clear photos of: The damaged item, The packaging. Email everything to [email protected]. If approved, we will issue: A refund, or A replacement (if a similar quilt exists—many are one-of-a-kind)
Shipping for Custom Orders
Custom quilts ship after: The project is completed, The remaining balance (after the 50% non-refundable deposit) has been paid in full. Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work begins.
