At Sew Piece-ful LLC, every quilt and accessory is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and created with great care. Because each piece is unique, we want to be clear about how refunds and returns work.

All Sales Are Final. Due to the handmade nature of our quilts and accessories, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for: Personal preference, Color or pattern variation, Size concerns, Change of mind. Normal handmade characteristics (seams, fabric texture, stitching details, slight irregularities). These variations are part of what makes each piece special and should not be considered defects.

Refunds for Damaged Items (Shipping Damage Only)

We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged during shipment. To qualify: Notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include:

Your order number, Clear photos of the damaged quilt or item, Photos of the packaging. Email everything to [email protected]. If approved, we will either: Issue a refund, or Send a replacement if a similar item exists (many quilts are one-of-a-kind).

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot accept returns for: Items damaged after delivery, Damage from washing, drying, or improper care, Pet-related wear and tear, Normal aging of fabric, Improper use or storage.

Custom Orders

Custom quilts and special project requests may be accepted depending on Mary’s schedule. All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the quilt is shipped. Custom quilts cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

Incorrect or Lost Shipments

If the carrier misdelivers or loses the package: We will help open a claim, Refunds can only be issued if the carrier confirms the package was lost

Once the carrier scans the package as “Delivered,” we cannot refund for theft or misplacement.
